  We left our horse in Marks care on consignment for sale or lease. We got nothing but a run around when we spoke to Mark. I will go so far as to say he outright lied to us. We made the decision to move Grif from California to Texas where we were living. The horror we faced when he got off the transport truck brought tears (literally) to our eyes. He was near starvation, his hoofs were completely messed up and he was so body sore he didn’t want to be touched. For the first 6 weeks we had to put 1000 pounds on him, special foot care and chiropractic care. We are now at 8 weeks and have a saddle back on him jumping 18” and not the 3 ‘ he was jumping when he was left in Marks care. We spent around $10,000 paid to Mark to neglect and abuse our horse. It’s only a terrible human being that can treat any animal the way he treated our horse. Shame on you Mark! Your fortunate your not sitting in a court of law!
