  The phone was answered, "Hello?" without introducing the company name or anything, so I was confused on if I had even called the correct company to begin with.
  After that I was kept on the phone for 10 minutes just so the front office person could write down my name and phone number to have our property manager call me back. Then I was put on hold, then she came back a few minutes later to tell me that the person I was trying to reach wasn't available and asked me 3 more times how to spell my name. By that time, I was over it and just told the woman that I would call back another time. So, aside from never receiving a call back from our property manager in the past for other issues, now their front office person is just as ill equipt to do their job as the rest of the office. Congratulations!!
