  What a great school! It is a very different type of school and is based on play however the prekindergartens are prepared well for kindergarten.My 2 daughters attended this warm, nurturing preschool. I spent a good year researching just the right school for my oldest daughter. What stood out above all other Carmel Valley preschools was the overall feel of the place. I observed happy and engaged children. The teachers were excellent and truly cared for all the children. They are well educated teachers who take pride in what they do and how they interact with the children. The music program is A+. The playground was designed by a committee of both parents and teachers who felt it was important that the children get in touch with nature.
  Any concerns that I had, I brought before the administration and found they were always addressed swiftly, with sensitivity, and with fairness. I loved this school and only wish that they had a primary school.
